75 3rd shift differential We're seeking an individual with strong patient care experience who can maintain the highest level of commitment.
The PCA/Med-Tech will be responsible for providing direct patient care, managing documentation, as well as ultimately assisting in administering residents medications.

Responsibilities:
Assist with patient care; ADL's, toileting, etc Assist during meal times Collect bodily fluids.
Monitor and clean medical equipment.
Monitor patient's health through charting, blood pressure, pulse, temperature and other means.
Observe and report changes in patient's condition to lead staff and administrator Once trained- Manage and administer residents medications E.
