As a part of our growing, strategic, and innovative team, you will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities through inbound calls, outside sales representative partnership and qualified leads while turning those opportunities into long-term relationships for Direct Wire.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow-up calls to pre-qualified customers.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of accounts and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue and achieve assigned sales goals.
Qualify and nurture sales leads and opportunities.
Cross sell and upsell the entire Direct Wire product portfolio.
Handle all administrative tasks necessary to support the growth and performance of the accounts.
Actively support and interact with other members of the sales team to guarantee effective support of the sales process.
Respond to customer inquiries and redirect to appropriate departments for further resolution.
Thoroughly document account information and activities.
Use Salesforce to maintain a database of customer information and sales opportunities.
Track sales progress on a monthly and quarterly basis and report progress against established metrics.
Provide assistance with quotes and processing orders.
Requirements:
High School Diploma and college degree, technical training or other post High School training strongly preferred.
Prior Inside Sales or Customer Service experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of the inside sales process while providing exceptional customer care required.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and understanding of ERP and Salesforce preferred.
Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) with customers and co-workers.
Ability to work independently, multi-task and a self-starter.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
