Oversee the Crane Division Work closely with customers taking directions on weight, height, length measurements for a crane lift or dimensions for a beam/column setting Prepare in house file with all job information Maintain the schedule for all crane jobs and operators Map out convenient and safest route for crane operators Work with the purchasing manager and shop crew to prepare industrial material needed for job sites.
Work with office staff to generator invoice for each job.
Monitor crane time sheets.
Visit customers or job sites, gather details on new jobs, estimate the cost and send out quotations
Experience:
- Previous experience in scheduling/estimating or related field preferred- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficient in using scheduling software or tools- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Attention to detail and accuracy Note:
