General Duties:
Blasts concrete pieces to expose the aggregate, which is the ascetics of the building Hit the panel with a hose of crushed glass to expose the underneath sand and stone texture which gives an attractive architectural appearance Utilize work gear like a helmet, gloves, and specially provided PPE to prevent exposure to excessive concrete dust Work with your partnered team member to complete sandblasting Work with other crews as needed to maintain production Operates hand power tools; concrete saw, hammer, drills, and grinders Float/rub finish to dry concrete and rubbing and patching of finished concrete Learns how to maintain proper uniformity for color and texture on assigned pieces General Duties:
