Summary:
MGS, Inc.
is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team.
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the needs of customers are met.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be open to taking on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
Customer service - providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers on the phone, in person, and via email Order entry - entering customer orders into our database using industry specific software Communication - communicating with customers, office, colleagues, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Maintaining customer satisfaction - ensuring that customer needs are met in a prompt, reliable, and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude towards colleagues, vendors, and customers Performing routine maintenance tasks on vehicles as needed (will train)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in customer service or other related fields preferred Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work both independently and within a team Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Job Type:
